Yoga and meditation retreats
Exploring a radical return to a natural sense of balance –
within ourselves and with our relationship to the human and non-human world.
This is a different approach to yoga, one that is process rather than product, qualitative rather than quantitative, It is about opening up fully to experience, letting go of reactivity and negative patterns, creating spaciousness in our body, heart and mind, and from that space, creatively engaging with life.
Through a range of courses and residential retreats, we learn about navigating our embodied experience of physical, mental and emotional patterns through this extraordinary time of change and crisis. The cultivation of sati, mindfulness that is deeply ethical, integrates yoga postures, breath work and meditation so that they are means rather than end goals, enabling us to explore our practice both on and off the mat with confidence and authenticity.
