This is a different approach to yoga, one that is process rather than product, qualitative rather than quantitative, It is about opening up fully to experience, letting go of reactivity and negative patterns, creating spaciousness in our body, heart and mind, and from that space, creatively engaging with life.
Through a range of courses and residential retreats, we explore ways of navigating our embodied experience of physical, mental and emotional patterns during this extraordinary time of change and crisis. The cultivation of mindfulness – sati in the original Pali – is a deeply ethical process. When sati informs our practice, yoga postures, breath work and meditation are means rather than end goals, helping us to engage with experience, both on and off the mat with confidence and authenticity.
