How to book on a course or retreat


Please contact us to check course/retreat availability before booking.

The first step in booking a course is to fill in the online booking form for this course. To do this,  please click on the Book now button under description of the course you wish to book. You will be taken to the Online booking form, please fill in the form fully. You will then be taken to the payment page where you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit (you can ignore this step if you are paying by gift voucher).

A booking is not treated as confirmed until the booking form and deposit payment have both been received. Once we have received both the booking form and your deposit, we will send a booking confirmation by email. Do not make any travel arrangements before we have send you the booking confirmation. If you haven’t heard from us within a week of sending payment, please contact us.

Bank transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer, or by lodging money directly into our bank account. Here are the bank details to use:

Please make sure that you accept all bank charges and that your name and the date of the course are mentioned on the transfer. Also let us know by email when you have transfered your booking deposit.

Gift vouchers

If you are using a gift voucher as partial or total payment for a course, email us to let us know the name of the person who gave you the gift voucher or the gift voucher number. If the gift voucher doesn’t cover the full deposit, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the difference.


If you choose to pay online through Paypal (or by credit card), click on the Pay now button of the payment page that will be displayed after you’ve completed the booking form. You will be taken to the Paypal site (be patient, this can be slow at times). You don’t need to create an account – you can just use your credit card to pay through Paypal. Note that we do not accept credit card payments, other than through Paypal.
If you are availing of a discount and are paying by Paypal with this method, your deposit will actually be more than 50%, but don’t worry, we will adjust the balance accordingly.

Residential courses
The price for residential courses and retreats includes shared accommodation, food, tuition and return ferry to the island. The normal cost of a return ferry ticket would be €17.

There is limited single room accommodation availability on most courses—please check with us in advance. Supplement is €20 per night and is payable in cash on arrival at the centre.

If there are no single rooms available, we may be able to arrange a single room for you in a local Air B&B but you will, of course, still have all your meals in the centre. The B&B is about 10 minutes walk from the centre.

Non-residential courses
The price for non-residential courses includes tuition only. Sometimes the price also includes lunch. For more information on the schedule and the food included please refer to the specific course page.

If you cancel your booking in writing more than a month before the start of the course, we will refund the deposit minus a €50 administration fee. If you cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before the course, we will refund the deposit (minus the administration fee) only if the course you had booked on is fully subscribed. If you cancel your booking less than two weeks before the start of a course, the full deposit is retained unless you can find another suitable candidate who will take your place.
Up to 15 days before the start of the course, deposits may be transferred to another course within a calendar year from the date of the original course, subject to availability and the suitability of the course.
