Local, seasonal, vegetarian cooking and eating
Our ever-popular vegetarian cooking course with a slightly new focus, allowing us to explore our relationships to our yoga practice, the world around us, and to what and how we eat.
There will be plenty of making and eating Macalla Farm’s famously delicious vegetarian fare with a Sati yoga session each morning. We will also look at bread making and food preserving.
The cost of this course is 360 euros including food, accommodation, cooking and yoga/meditation tuition.
The course starts on the Friday evening with dinner (plan on taking the 5.30pm ferry from Roonagh Quay) and finishes at 4.30 on Sunday, on time for the evening boat back to the mainland.
