This Advanced Sati yoga intensive enables students to establish a solid foundation in asana, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness practice from which they can naturally and confidently develop their own practice and teaching. This is the first residential module of the Satiyoga Teacher Training programmes and is only suitable for advanced practionners and yoga teachers.
