Students will explore the application of mindfulness not only to their physical asana practice (through classical hatha yoga postures) but also to the broader canvas of their daily lives.

This intensive retreat is the next level course to the Sati yoga week long retreat and is ideal for those who already have an understanding of our approach. Students who have an established practice from any style of yoga are also welcome.

During this intensive retreat, we will be looking at how we feed ourselves. We will work at developing mindfulness of our body, mind and emotions, specifically exploring why, how and what we eat. This course is particularly suitable for people who want to develop a healthy, joyful relationship with food.
